Their self-control becomes much easier when Bear's paw becomes stuck in the cookie jar. "FRANKLIN'S PICNIC" - Franklin's aversion to unfamiliar foods becomes more intense when he learns about the strange menu at Beaver's upcoming picnic. "Franklin's Expedition" - Franklin and Bear's well-planned hike is a disappointment at every turn; they lose their snacks; they fall in the mud and their panoramic view from the peak of Blueberry Hill is shrouded in fog. However, it looks like it will all end prematurely as Bear gets a strange tummy ache. Everyone knows Franklin's best friend Bear is the bravest of them all but the big question is who's going to be the "scaredy-cat". Franklin has a secret fear that it will be him.

"Franklin Goes to School" - When the first day of school finally arrives, Franklin is so excited he can hardly keep himself in his shell. However, en route his unbridled anticipation turns to fear of the unknown as he begins to think he may be called upon to do the impossible like recite the alphabet backwards or spell chrysanthemum. "Franklin Is Lost" - Determined to beat Fox at a game of hide and go seek, Franklin soon finds himself lost in the deep dark woods that he and his friends have been told not to go into.

Franklin then tries everything from faking a cold to self imposed exile to avoid telling his friends he fibbed. However, when the curtains part and Franklin steps onto the stage, he finds himself caught in the paralyzing grip of stage fright! "Franklin And The Secret Club" - When Porcupine, jealous of Franklin's popularity, creates a Secret Club for the sole purpose of keeping him out of it, Franklin teaches her the true meaning of friendship.

"Franklin And The Copycat" - Franklin feels his pre-eminence as class artist being eroded when Rabbit begins to copy his drawing technique. After Franklin realizes that everyone, including himself, uses copying as a tool for learning, he cheerfully admits to Rabbit that he's a copycat too. "Big Brother Franklin" - Franklin cheerfully assumes the role of big brother when young Squirrel wants to play with him and his friends. Franklin begins to question his usefulness when Squirrel proves to be a whiz at just about everything.

"Franklin And The Thunderstorm" - A big storm is on the way and Franklin is reluctant to admit that he's afraid of thunder. Thanks to his understanding friends, Franklin learns that being afraid is nothing to be afraid of. "Franklin's Maple Syrup" - After Franklin and his friends are given the opportunity to make their own maple syrup, a rivalry develops over ownership of the neighbourhood trees. Things flow more smoothly, including the syrup, when everyone learns the benefits of co-operation.

"Franklin The Fabulous" - After seeing the amazing illusions of a travelling magician, Franklin is inspired to stage his own magic show. His premiere performance goes awry when he attempts to master the hardest tricks first. "Franklin Camps Out" - Franklin learns the importance of perseverance when he goes on his first overnight camping trip and must tackle new challenges without the help of mom and dad.

"Franklin's Nature Hike" - While on a classroom nature hike, Snail accepts a helping hand from his good friend Franklin. When Franklin becomes too helpful, Snail has to remind him that he's quite capable of rising to any challenge in his own snail way. "Franklin's Starring Role" - It's time for Mr. Owl's class to perform their annual spring play and Franklin is disappointed when he's not chosen to play a leading role. He reluctantly accepts the job of stage manager, and begins to question his contribution to the show.

"Franklin And The Puppy" - Mr. and Mrs. Turtle agree to let Franklin care for a lost puppy while they endeavour to find its rightful family. The attachment Franklin has for the pup creates a moral dilemma when the real owner arrives at the Turtles' door. "Franklin Takes The Bus" - When Franklin takes the classroom school bus for the weekend without telling Mr. Owl, he learns an important lesson about why you shouldn't borrow things without asking first.

"Franklin And The Baby" - When Bear's parents arrive home with a new baby, Franklin wishes he could have a baby brother or baby sister too. However, when Bear begins to feel that his parents only care for his new sibling and not for him, Franklin begins to think that babies are nothing but trouble. "Franklin Goes To Day Camp" - Franklin likes to be center stage. When it comes to clowning around, Franklin can get laughs like no one else, especially from his best friend Bear. "Franklin's Masterpiece" - The ice cream shop is having an art contest and Franklin will do just about anything to win the skateboard offered as first prize. Friendships become strained when it's discovered that Franklin's winning submission was really painted by more than one artist. "Franklin And The Computer" - Franklin's interest in swimming, soccer and cycling is put on hold when he focuses all of his attention on winning a computer game. With one game level left to conquer, Franklin must decide if playing on the computer is more important than being with his friends.

"Franklin And His Night Friend" - One night while stargazing with his Dad, Franklin encounters a neighbour he's never seen before. His name is Bat and he's so fascinating that Franklin wants to be just like him. Franklin becomes discouraged when he discovers the lifestyle of his new nocturnal friend is vastly different from his own. "Franklin And The Two Henrys" - Bear is looking after Beaver's pet hamster for the weekend, and everything is going smoothly until someone forgets to latch the cage door. With the weekend almost over, Franklin and Bear scramble to find a hamster look-alike before Beaver's return.

"Franklin And The Red Scooter" - Wanting a shiny new scooter like Rabbit's, Franklin tries to earn the money to buy one through various jobs - everything from door-to-door magic tricks to a lemonade stand. Of course his friend Bear eats and drinks all the profits leaving the two of them right where they started. "Franklin In The Dark" - When Franklin's parents discover he's afraid of small dark places, including his own shell, Mrs. Turtle tells him the story of a little turtle just like him that was afraid of the very same thing.

"Franklin's Word" - On his mother's urging, Franklin curbs his use of the word "stupid" when he gets mad. But old habits die hard and Franklin has an outburst in front of his impressionable sister. Now Harriet's saying the forbidden word and enjoying the reaction she gets every time she utters it. Franklin tries desperately to conceal from his parents the new word he's taught his little sister. "Franklin's Pond Phantom" - Franklin and Bear have a hard time convincing their friends that they've seen a sea serpent in Woodland Pond. After realizing it was just a floating toy they saw, the boys feel too silly to admit it to their friends and fabricate evidence to support their bogus story. Little do they know that their friends are already wise to their shenanigans.

"FRANKLIN'S SPRING FIRST" - Franklin creates his own holiday to celebrate the first day of spring. But a damper is put on the day's festivities when flood waters surround the Turtles' home. The Beaver family comes to the rescue and makes the first annual 'Spring First' a day that will be talked about for years to come. "FRANKLIN PLAYS GOLF" - Jumping at the opportunity to have some quality time with Dad, Franklin takes up golfing, the problem is, it conflicts with his soccer schedule. Not wanting to disappoint his father, Franklin devises a plan to finish his golf game quickly by having Bear help his ball around the course.

"Franklin's Birthday Party" - Franklin gets carried away with his birthday plans and offers to take all of his friends to a spectacular party at Tamarack Point. Mom and Dad insist on something less extravagant. Not wanting to disappoint his friends, Franklin endeavors to create something equally as fun in his own neighbourhood. "Franklin's Nickname" - Everyone loves the nickname Franklin thought up for Bear. Everyone except for Bear. When Franklin is given a nickname he isn't fond of, he begins to understand that good-spirited kidding has its place, but feelings can be hurt when it's taken too far.

"Franklin and the Swimming Party" - Franklin unintentionally exposes Skunk's secret that she doesn't know how to swim, embarrassing her in front of her friends. Later, Skunk finds out that Franklin has something to hide too; a skin rash on his foot. Franklin is reluctant to go to the school swimming party, fearing Skunk will take that opportunity to get even by telling his secret in front of everyone. "Franklin's Soccer Field Folly" - Franklin has an embarrassing moment on the soccer field and scores a goal against his own team. Regardless of how funny it is, Franklin is upset that Bear, his best friend, is laughing harder than everyone. In the end, Franklin learns to deal with life's embarrassing moments by laughing along with his friends.

Just as they are about to turn back a spirited young river otter Olive invites them to tour her sub, an old wooden steam punk sub named the Seaplunker, captained by a wise old sea turtle, Cap’n Delmar.  

Franklin and Harriet are spending Christmas this year at Faraway Farm, where Mrs. Turtle grew up. As Franklin, Harriet and their parents are leaving Woodland, we find that Sam has been left behind, much to Franklin’s horror. The culprit is Harriet and so begins the struggles that Franklin has to endure as an older brother.

Franklin and the Radio - Franklin gives Fox an old broken radio from his giveaway pile. But when Fox fixes it up and plays cool music for their delighted friends, Franklin suddenly decides he wants the radio back for himself. But when taking it back only ends up making him feel crummy, Franklin realizes that when you give something away, you have to let go.

Luckily, a big shady breezy willow tree and a new game, “slow-motion freeze tag”, proves just the thing! Franklin’s Rocket Team - Franklin invites Rabbit for a sleep over to play rocket ship in the tent, but Harriet always seems to be grabbing his friend’s attention. When Franklin realizes that Rabbit misses his own siblings, the three combine to make a great Rocket Team.

It’s Halloween, Franklin - When Beaver's game of pirate treasure finders has too many rules, Franklin proposes a new game - no rules. Franklin The Adventurer - Franklin and Beaver help each other conquer their fears to navigate Aunt T's spook-tacular Halloween Maze.

Franklin And The Snow Dragon - Franklin is excited to be spending three days at Bear’s house, but soon misses his own home. Franklin Gets Bugged - Franklin brings Fox and Beaver together to make a great bug habitat.

Franklin and the Nature Nuts Hike - Franklin and Rabbit are so intent on finding a super rare meteorite on a Nature Nuts Hike that they almost miss out on all the other amazing everyday things all around them, right there in the Woodland forest. Franklin and the Terrible, Terrible Dragon - Franklin insists on playing the Knight over and over again in his and his friends’ make-believe game. Only when Beaver points out this is unfair and he is finally forced to play the role of the dreaded dragon does he learn that, when you are open to it, there is fun to be found in unexpected places.

Franklin Makes Some Noise - When Franklin sprains his ankle and has to wear a temporary brace on his leg, he quickly grows frustrated that he can’t do all the things he usually does – until he realizes it’s a chance to do new things and even play new games. Super Cluepers’ Case of the Missing School Bell - Green Wonder and the Super Cluepers are focused on solving the case of the missing school bell and some other cool mysteries around Woodland – until Franklin realizes that helping out and solving the unexpected problems right in front of them feels really good too.

Franklin Finds A Treasure - Franklin urges Bear and their Dads forward in a search for buried treasure. Franklin And The Tunnel Team-Up - Bear and Mr. Owl take on Franklin and Mr. Groundhog in a Bumpy Buggy race.

Coach Franklin - After Bear shows great promise at Woodland Stickball, a new game Aunt T shows the kids, Franklin takes it upon himself to act as Bear’s personal coach. But when Franklin takes the “training” too far and forgets to give Bear a chance to rest and have fun, he ends up turning his pal off the new sport – until he realizes that, above all, learning a new skill should be fun! Franklin’s Day with Dad - Franklin plans a Day with Dad, just like Fox has with his Dad, but Mr. Turtle’s busy schedule interrupts his plans. Only when Franklin learns that it is not what you’re doing but who you’re doing it with does the Day with Dad become a success.

Franklin and the Four Seasons - Franklin and his friends embark on an exciting school project to write the songs for an upcoming musical pageant about the four seasons, with the help of the musical Beavers. But when every idea Franklin and Snail get for their spring song seems to be already taken by one of the other groups, they struggle with the assignment. It is only through true perseverance do they finally hit upon their very own unique idea – a spring song that celebrates all the seasons!

Everyone in Woodland is very tired of the winter, and they fear that spring may never arrive. Franklin is particularly excited about the arrival of spring because that is also when his new baby brother or sister will be born. However, Franklin becomes concerned that his mom and dad might not have time for him anymore, and anxious that he will not be a good big brother. In an attempt to prove himself worthy, (and get mom and dad’s attention), he decides that he must bring spring to Woodland. Following the lead of a Myth his mom has told him he assumes the role of a Knight and sets out to the woods on a quest for spring. With squire snail at his side he encounters some wild adventures and an unusual cast of characters. Although he does not find spring, he does find true friendship with Snail, gains confidence that he will be a good big brother, and is assured that his parents will have enough love for both the baby and him. Franklin and Harriet are spending Christmas this year at Faraway Farm, where Mrs. Turtle grew up. As Franklin, Harriet and their parents are leaving Woodland, we find that Sam has been left behind, much to Franklin’s horror. The culprit is Harriet and so begins the struggles that Franklin has to endure as an older brother. Faraway Farm is hit by an unexpected ice storm which leaves the power out and the telephone lines down. Franklin’s parents feel they must visit the elderly neighbours, the Collies, to make sure everything is alright. While they are away, disaster strikes when Grandpa has a terrible fall and Grandma worries about getting him to a doctor. Franklin realizes that if he can get Dr. Bear to Faraway Farm somehow then his grandfather will be alright. So begins the magical adventure that Franklin and his stowaway, Harriet, undergo to get to Woodland with the help of some very special friends. Getting the Bear family to Faraway Farm saves the day for Franklin’s grandfather and allows the friends and family to enjoy a wonderful ‘magical’ Christmas Eve and Franklin learns that having a little sister isn’t all that bad.
